Composite Panels

Our composite panel division has been designing, manufacturing and refurbishing vacuum tables and bespoke aluminium composite panels for over 30 years. Its dedication to quality, combined with its high level of expertise, ensures that it continues to meet the demands of different clients and industries worldwide.

An aluminium composite panel comprises of honeycomb core sandwiched in between two aluminium alloy skins. The layers of the panel are bonded together with an extremely strong engineering adhesive and pressed together until the adhesive cures. The result is a complete aluminium composite panel.

The lightweight, durable and strong properties of the aluminium used to manufacture our composite panels makes them suitable for a wide variety of industries including transport, printing and marine.

Applications include:

• Rail – Flooring, doors, cabin dividers, table tops, galleys and Universally Accessible Toilet (UAT) modules.
• Marine – Bulkheads, flooring, doors, partitions and furniture.
• Printing – Vacuum tables.
